Top Five Must-Try at the 2021 Epcot International Food & Wine Festival

With over 32 Marketplaces from which to choose, Epcot’s International Food & Wine Festival is a foodie’s paradise! But if you have limited time at the parks, you’re going to want to do a little research before you make your rounds! Not up for the extra homework? Don’t worry, we’ve got you covered. Here is our Top Five Must-Try at Epcot International Food & Wine Festival 20021.

Wild Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon with Truffle Butter Sauce (Canada)

Mushroom Beef Filet Mignon

Oh, Canada… you just know delicious, don’t you? But with your cold beers and caramel popcorn, why are we one bit surprised? While not everyone’s trip will afford the time to partake in Le Cellier’s fine selections of turf, this kiosk affords casual passerby’s an opportunity to sample an outstanding cut of beef, the Filet Mignon! This tender selection is glazed with a delectable Truffle Butter Sauce and is accompanied by a few (but flavorful) slices of wild mushrooms, cooked to perfection. If you’re a meat eater or just in need of something a bit more “substantial” at the festival, this is the booth for you!

Pistachio Cake (Tangerine Café: Flavors of the Medina)

Pistachio Cake (Tangerine Café: Flavors of the Medina)

Y’all, real talk? This cake is one of the best sweet treats I have ever had at Epcot! Moist yet fluffy, this sweet pistachio cake is perfectly balanced. Not to mention, the presentation is beyond Instagram-able!

Crispy Chicken on a Sriracha-Glazed Donut (The Donut Box)

Crispy Chicken on a Sriracha-Glazed Donut

I am a sucker for a good (creative) donut! Whether we’re talking Joffrey’s, Voodoo, or Everglazeds… you can count me in! But if I am being honest, I have never been overtly impressed by The Donut Box. That is, until I tried their Crispy Chicken Donut! This miraculous bite delicately straddles the line between meal and dessert – and that’s okay! The portion size is humungous while delivering a satisfyingly sweet and spicy flavor profile with a crispy and crunchy texture to boot.

Teriyaki-glazed SPAM Hash (Hawaii)

When you hear the word Hawaii, I bet you think coconut, pineapple, and the tropical like. But what if I told you that a major staple among Hawaiians is… SPAM! Now, outside of Epcot – I probably wouldn’t touch the stuff. Yet, for some reason… this festival brings out my adventurous side!

This unique dish showcases a healthy portion size of cooked potatoes and grilled juicy SPAM. Rounding out the flavor is a teriyaki and mayo sauce that brings it to a whole new level.

I would be remiss if I didn’t mention that it costs a mere $4.50, making it one of the best deals at the fest!

Shimmering Strawberry Soft-Serve (Shimmering Sips)

Shimmering Strawberry Soft-Serve

This one may seem a little silly but there is just something special about ending a hot day with a tasty, sparkly, and oh-so-eye-catching Shimmering Strawberry Soft-Serve! No surprises here – it tastes just like it looks… but don’t take our word for it! Give it a lick!
